Topic: CISO as a magician

A magician is successful because they prepare before the performance ever starts. A CISO needs to work the same way. Leadership conversations about cybersecurity often happen without warning, and executives expect quick answers about risk, incidents, vendors, compliance, AI, and business impact. A CISO should already have metrics, examples, stories, and demonstrations ready before those conversations happen. This presentation focuses on the types of information a CISO should keep prepared so they can confidently handle unexpected discussions with leadership and clearly explain cybersecurity risks in a way the business understands.
