Summary: 

Standardized Approach: NIMS & ICS is a presentation over the purpose, structure, components, and importance of the National Incident Management System and the Incident Command System in the All Hazards world.

Bio:

Amber Mangham is the State of Oklahoma’s first Cyber Security Watch Officer. She has worked 13 years with State Government, with 10 of those years in Emergency Management. Prior to State Government, Amber served 8 years in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer and in the Civil Military Operations Center (CMOC).

Amber is well diverse in emergency response and is applying her knowledge, skills, and abilities in her Watch Officer role to better prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate against cyber-crimes in the State. She is charged with the development of the Oklahoma Civilian Cyber Corp (OKC3) with Local, State, Federal, Tribal, and private sector partners.
